A Meal or Food You Really Like
I think lunch is the time when i enjoy food the
most, because i love a hot plate of freshly prepared food. My favorite food is
chickpeas and i eat them whenever i can. I am a vegetarian, therefore i must
eat various legumes and i love all them, especially chickpeas because they are
very tasty for me, they are also perfect in winter, they are also very
versatile and can be prepared in different ways, although my favorite has
always been the classic plate of chickpea stew prepared with rice, onion,
carrot, pumpkin, garlic, pepper and other vegetables. It reminds me of when i was a child and before going to school i had lunch with my mother at home 💓. This food provide protein, carbohydrates, fiber, among others, which
makes it a healthy food.
The other meals of the day like breakfast
sometimes i skip it because in the morning i don't feel hungry, although i am
learning to make nutritious breakfasts to have a good vegetarian diet with all
the nutrients that my body needs. In the afternoon at the tea time i usually
drink a tea accompanied by a bread with avocado, tomato or cheese. It does not
have much elaboration in my home and for the same reason it is not my favorite
meal of the day.

I like chickpeas too. One day I found a food that is prepared with chickpeas and is very delicius, the Falafel.
